Caww! Caww! Have you heard the good news? No, not that Oh, Mary! is going to run forever, though that’s good too. It’s that New York launched an app and Vulture is flying high on Bluesky. Here’s everything to know.

Available for download here, the app features every Vulture story, with the rest of New York’s exceptional sites — Curbed, the Cut, Grub Street, Intelligencer, and Strategist — just a toggle away. Once you have the app (it’s available to download here, in case we didn’t mention that), you’ll enjoy an easier, more reliable log-in process, quick access to Editors’ Picks, and notifications about must-read stories. What you won’t enjoy, but only because they haven’t been rolled out yet, are Android compatibility and comments. But they’re coming soon, at which point you’ll absolutely enjoy them. You can download the app here. And you should!

Look, there’s a lot to say about what’s happening to and on X, but also not that much to say: The place is a drag now, so we’ve expanded our horizons and found a refuge of sorts over on Bluesky. No judgment to those Vulture readers still on X — we’ll continue posting there, too, albeit with imperceptibly less enthusiasm — but we encourage you to join us over on Bluesky for a generally chiller time. Here’s a Starter Pack to get you up and running with your Vulture favorites tout de suite.
