To paraphrase a Liz Lemon joke, “It’s Thanksgiving, and I know what the celebs are thankful for: brand synergy.” Thanksgiving is a day to be surrounded by family, and if possible, all the brands who sponsor you and products you sell. Matthew McConaughey and wife Camila brined their turkey with their Pantalones tequila. Just like the Pilgrims did. Jk, they served lobster at first Thanksgiving because they were starving and lobster was considered a nasty last resort meal at the time. Arnold Schwarzenegger was grateful for subscribers to his fitness app. And Natasha Rothwell was thankful for Sony’s graphics team making a Sonic 3XNorman Rockwell mashup for IG.

And lots of stars performed/sat on things at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, but the two we’re most grateful for were former Vanderpump Rules (RIP) star Ariana Madix and Oh, Mary! auteur (RIP Abe) Cole Escola. Madix performed “Lovefool” on the Peacock float, and Escola rode a dang flamingo across New York City. Wonderful, wonderful. Here’s how all the stars celebrated Thanksgiving (or Hanksgiving in Jameela Jamil’s case).
