Francesca Eastwood, an actress and the daughter of actor-director Clint Eastwood, will not be charged with domestic violence following an October arrest.

The case against Francesca has been declined due to insufficient evidence, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office confirmed to Entertainment Weekly.

Reps for Francesca did not immediately reply to EW‘s request for comment.

The actress was initially arrested on Oct. 12 by the Beverly Hills Police after a call detailing a possible domestic violence incident in a safety zone at their North Rexford Drive headquarters. BHPD Lt. Andrew Myers said in a statement at the time that “officers conducted an investigation, and based on statements and injuries, Francesca Ruth Fisher Eastwood of Los Angeles was arrested for a felony… and was booked at BHPD Jail.”

She was released the following day after posting a $50,000 bail. She previously faced and pleaded no contest to a DUI charge in 2015, but that case was also dismissed.

Francesca is the seventh of her father’s eight children, who span in age from their 20s to their 60s. She is the filmmaker’s only child with Frances Fisher, the actress best known for playing Kate Winslet’s mother in Titanic. Like all of Eastwood’s children, Francesca followed her father’s example and has pursued a career in entertainment.

She has since appeared in FX’s Fargo, Twin Peaks: The Return, and most recently Juror No. 2, her father’s 40th film as director.
