LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Jan. 21, 2010) – Gene Sigal, team owner and co-driver of Sigalsport, proudly announces the team’s return to the
GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series in the GT class competition, at the
2010 Rolex 24-hour Race at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida on January 30-31, 2010.

Ferrari F430 and our four drivers include IndyCar Driver Roger Yasukawa, plus Rusty West, Fred Poordad and myself (Gene Sigal). I am confident we are going to do well, since the crew has prepared a good car under crew chief Guiseppe di Gennaro and engineer Brian Ma. I am anxious to get racing. ”
Roger Yasukawa has competed in the Indy Racing League since 2002, and has more starts in the world-famous Indy 500 that any other Asian driver. Sigalsport’s Rolex 24 GT class entry will mark Yasukawa’s second round in the grueling competition, following his 6th place DP class finish in 2007 and marks the team’s fifth year in the prestigious contest.

This is the only Ferrari in this year’s Rolex 24 race and the team’s primary sponsor is Interush Inc. of California, with Affiliates in Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Interush is the developer of the

In only five seasons, Sigal has taken his team from the club racing level to the highest level of international endurance racing. Sigal is also an accomplished racecar driver and he co-drives his own Sigalsport winning machines in the Grand-Am Rolex Series and has since 2004,
winning its first overall race at the 2007 Grand Prix of Miami. Sigal manages his team with passion, ambition and determination.
